		<description>I have been putting in water heaters for many years, and I don&#039;t see how you can compete with a plain old standard water heater with a standing pilot. Mine has run for 14 years, and never given one problem. I will guarantee you this... If you have a tankless heater installed, you will have more than one problem in a 14 year  period. Where is the savings there? These are not simple units, and not simple to repair. How green is that?</description>
