How to connect 1" Electric Water Heater to 11/2" hot water demand?

I have 300 Lit electric water heater with 1" input cold water & 1" output hot water, i need for my villa 11/2", how i can make the connection without pressure drops?

Just use a reducer. As soon as the water heater fills, the pressure will be back to what it was.
