Please could you tell me if instantaneous water heaters suitable for baths ? What is the average price one would expect to pay in the uk? Thank you .
Dish washers and clothes washers only take in cold water….. well at least mine always do … they are only linked up to a cold in pipe . ???

I have an unlimited supply water heater. I love it! We had for years used a 30 gallon tank, which was not enough for even 2 showers in a row.
The unlimited one allows you to use hot water as long as your want. And it brings down your gas bill significantly because it uses a battery and has no pilot light.
We payed $600 for our heater about 7 years ago. It paid for itself in a year of use. The water does take a little longer to become warm at the tap, but it is well worth it to have the unlimited hot water.
Here is good information on these water heaters:

The benefits of an instantaneous or a tankless water heater are many. You save an incredible amount of electricity (or gas, as both are available). You will have hot water only when you need it. Also, they last many more years than conventional water heaters. See the details at this link…
I know the party line….however if 2 of you are taking showers @ the same time then what happens….ohhh so cold is the water…also if you are bathing and your dishwasher is on yet another cold day in the shower…..Soo remember to buy one that has the highest thru capacity…
