I installed a tank less LPG (Propane) water heater and am having issue with it. While taking a shower after the water is adjusted to the level I want it, while taking a shower the temp level will change to completely cold water!! Without me even adjusting the hot water handle to regulate it myself..why is that problem occuring? Is there an easy fix for it?

I’m building a new house and was thinking about putting a tankless propane water heater in the house. My question is, I’m wondering if I can use a 100lb tank to fuel the heater and how long would it last under normal use? Like for a 117,00 btu heater.

Is it better to use a smaller, separate propane water heater for the in floor heating?
